Lakshmi Varadan
Partner · Real estate litigation
Lakshmi handles disputes about land and leases. Most of her cases start with a survey, a deed or a lease, and a neighbor or tenant who reads it differently.
Lakshmi worked as a title examiner before she went to law school, so she has read more old deeds than most lawyers will. She joined the firm to build its real estate group.
She brings and defends quiet title, boundary and easement actions, and handles commercial lease disputes for landlords and tenants.
