The papers you were served, or the contract and the last few messages about the problem. Don't send them yet; have them in front of you.
Why do you ask for the other side's name?
So we can check for conflicts before you tell us anything sensitive. If we already represent them, we'll say so and point you elsewhere.
Can we meet in person?
Yes, at the office on Main Street, or by video if that's easier.
