This page explains what Eskelsen Tavassoli PLLC collects through this website, and what we do with it.

What we collect

What you type into the contact form: your name, email, phone number, the other side's name and your message. Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages visited, to run and secure the site.

What we use it for

To answer you, to check for conflicts of interest, and to arrange a first call. We don't sell it, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Our lawyers and staff, and the companies that host the site and deliver our email, under agreements that limit what they may do with it. Otherwise we share it only when the law requires.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that don't become cases are deleted after two years. Client files are kept for as long as our professional rules require.
